These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Genesis Athletic Performance LLC ("Genesis Athletic Performance," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, online booking system, and in-person athletic training programs. By booking a session, enrolling in a program, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Genesis Athletic Performance provides youth and adult athletic development training, including speed, strength, agility, and vertical jump coaching, delivered by Coach Lucas Martin and associated staff at our Westland, Michigan facility.
You must be at least 18 years of age to book an appointment, enroll in a program, or agree to these Terms on your own behalf. If the athlete enrolling in our programs is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking, agree to these Terms, and provide consent on the minor's behalf.
Sessions are booked through our online scheduling system. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
Athletic training involves inherent physical risk, including but not limited to the risk of injury from exercise, equipment use, and physical exertion. By enrolling in or participating in any Genesis Athletic Performance program, the athlete (or, for minors, the athlete's parent or legal guardian) acknowledges and accepts these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants and their parents/guardians release Genesis Athletic Performance LLC, its owner, coaches, and staff from liability for injuries sustained during training, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Parents/guardians of minor athletes confirm that their child is physically able to participate in athletic training and agree to inform Genesis Athletic Performance of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to participation.
Payment for programs and sessions is due according to the terms agreed upon at enrollment. Pricing for current programs is available on our website or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to update pricing for future enrollments at any time.

All athletes and family members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other athletes. Genesis Athletic Performance reserves the right to remove any individual from a program for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
